Full-Service Solution
- Layout proper protective coverage for area of working
- Inspect and clean air filter
- Inspect and clean blower wheel
- Perform refrigeration pump down for chemical washing
- Inspect and clean/chemical cooling coil
- Dismantle and clean drainage tray (for wall mounted units only)
- Vacuum drainage pipping
- Use blower to ensure cooling coil and equipment is totally dry before installing back
- Check all electrical apparatus
- Tighten all electrical connections
- Clean supply and return grilles (for ducted unit)
- Clean up equipment casing
- Check and top up compressor refrigerant
- Perform leak test for system
- Perform system start up
- General washing of condenser unit
- Check for vibration
- Check system operation
- Check remote control setting

* 18,000 BTU & above, an additional charge of $40.00 per unit (Applicable to Chemical Overhaul Only)
* For 7 fan coils and above, please contact us for pricing
* Dismantle and Clean drainage tray (For wall mounted unit only)
* Additional charges apply to ceiling cassette & ducted
